Job Description:
- Identify and develop new sales markets and seek opportunities to extend business/selling.
- Achieve agreed sales targets per monthly/quarterly and yearly period agreed between the management and yourself
- Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business
- Constantly strive to develop a customer service oriented approach ensuring response times to customers are continuously being reduced.
- Communicate frequently with clients as required to develop a good working relationship that maximises the opportunity to extend services provided and length of relationship and opportunities.
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Maintain and keep up-to-date the customer database for your account base.
- Monitor monthly basis the support from your account base and take corrective actions as and when appropriate.
Required Experience/Skills
- University graduate, Masters would be an advantage.
- Must have 3-4 years of sales experience
- Must be Fluent in English
- Fire in the belly to succeed
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, willing to learn and enjoy new challenges
- Positive attitude, capable of initiating tasks and development of new ideas/opportunities
- Team work, result-oriented, well-organized, can pay attention to details
